Praised for his artistry as both “delicate and powerful,” pianist Zehao Bai is an internationally active soloist, chamber musician, and educator whose performances have taken him across the United States, Europe, and Asia. A prizewinner of the Heida Hermanns and Seattle International Piano Competitions, he has toured widely, including a nine-city concert tour of China.
Equally devoted to collaboration and education, Bai is Visiting Assistant Professor of Piano Performance at the University of Toledo, Founder and Artistic Director of the Dorothy MacKenzie Price Piano Series and Competition, and co-director of Keyboard Explorations at Summer@Eastman. Whether on stage or in the studio, he brings visionary artistry, passionate advocacy for new music, and a deep commitment to cultivating the next generation of musicians.
